- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with overarching ESG and business goals.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations during negotiations, considering both short-term objectives and long-term business sustainability.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within contract terms and propose strategies to mitigate risks and maximize value.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices in contract negotiation, procurement, and ESG compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of minimum 4 years in sales, contract negotiation, and procurement.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead negotiations on calls.
