About the Role:
Kuehne-Nagel, a leading global logistics company, is seeking an experienced Recruiting Team Lead to join our Mexico team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate with business leaders to identify and attract top talent for various logistics roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful hiring of top talent for logistics positions
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Kuehne-Nagel Mexico
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and identify solutions for improvement
- Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources to provide a diverse talent pool
- Create reports to track recruitment metrics, including time to fill, cost per hire, and other measurements
- Manage your own recruiting portfolio, sourcing and filling positions for your own hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruiting practices
- Collaborate with the North American Talent Acquisition leadership team to ensure progress toward our team goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting of logistics roles, including operational roles
- At least two years of experience leading a team of recruiters
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
