Job Summary
Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Operations Specialist to play a critical role in supporting workflow systems and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow management, operations, IT process efficiency, and process recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer a system, including user accounts, passwords, resets, setting up rules, tracking issues, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support system administration tasks and update project plans, including supporting data to and from the system.
- Support customers on the use of tools, including training, use cases, support questions, issue resolution, and confirming system data quality.
- Perform testing of new enhancements and software tools, document process updates for end users, and support system administration processes, including data input based on use case needs for eDiscovery and other Legal Operations supported systems.
- Support other Operations tools as needed, such as SharePoint sites and web tools, Chatbot Q&A input and testing, and other applications that allow Legal users to interact with the Legal team more effectively.
Requirements
- Advanced English language skills (fully bilingual) with the ability to communicate effectively in a USA-based team.
- Management systems experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Experience in workflow systems and process management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excel capabilities and process flow charting skills.
- Ability to document processes and procedures.
