About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Scientific Solutions Manager, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. With a focus on chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide world-class solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide world-class solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends to compete effectively in the marketplace.

About You

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the scientific or healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
