About the Role

As a Sales Performance Leader at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by successfully implementing strategic sales plans. With a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, you will be instrumental in growing our market presence in Mexico.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Foster and sustain positive relationships with current clients to ensure impeccable customer happiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide world-class solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends to compete effectively in the marketplace.

About You

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the scientific or healthcare industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
