The Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused professional to join our Legal Department as a Board Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in Mexico and will provide critical support to our Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
- Assist with the development and implementation of Board policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Legal Department
