Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team at Watts Water Technologies Latin America S.A C.V. in Latin America. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales orders, returns, and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
  • Computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
