Senior Quality Supervisor

The Senior Quality Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading and supervising a medium-sized team of operational/administrative employees. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of up to 25 employees, providing guidance and direction on daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Evaluate and resolve exceptional/unusual situations, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for pay increases, promotions, and terminations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Act as a backup for the manager, providing support and guidance as needed.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a practical setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Quality assurance experience in a financial services organization.
- Knowledge of MCA (Management Control and Accountability) principles and procedures.
- Experience with data reconciliation tools and processes.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
