About the Role

The Employee Service Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the human resources efforts of Zillow Group's Mexico City office. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent service to employees, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and communication with recruiting and new hires.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events for the Mexico office, such as recruiting events and housewarmings.
  • Support components of the purchasing and procurement process for the Mexico office.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the WeWork team and Zillow Group to identify and escalate challenges.
  • Maintain physical, on-site employee records to ensure compliance and keep records updated.
  • Collaborate with teams like Payroll, T&E, and People Legal to improve processes for Zillow Group's Mexico employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, training, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including ad hoc translation.
  • Support travel arrangements for Zillow Group employees.
  • Communicate with external vendors and/or stakeholders as necessary.
  • Support and manage unemployment claim requests from terminated employees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • An eye for process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain flawless accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
