- Lead the allocation process with regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Partner with CX Operations and Customer Account Managers to analyze supply incoming and track risks proactively.
- Develop a systemic approach to service with a focus on connectivity across multiple key functions, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to understand advanced analytics and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- English language proficiency (spoken and written) is a must; Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
- Computer proficiency in email environments, Microsoft & Google Apps, with strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Proven experience in international business environments.
