Genesys Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in the Revenue Operations team, acting as a business partner to sales leaders throughout the Latin America organization. As the key operational point of contact in the region, this role is responsible for:
- Business Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics, including deal bookings, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy. Participate in weekly sales forecast calls and associated reporting for sales management.
- Revenue Operations Excellence: Work with leaders to drive globally consistent cadence schedules and ensure Salesforce hygiene. Support Revenue Operations Specialists with field process issues and booking issues as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Business Analytics: Advanced proficient in Excel, leveraging PowerBI, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling experience.
- Revenue Operations Excellence: Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-culturally within and across business units.
