**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a talented individual to support the growth of our Product Line by creating, designing, and maintaining new and existing products for the CRDS and CDPA takeoffs Product Line Bid Manager and MI Manager tables and rules.
**Key Accountabilities:**
1. Develop and maintain Bid Manager lead time indicator master lists for the product line, ensuring accuracy and coordination with team members, team managers, and pertinent others.
2. Specify each character in each attribute value to form catalog codes for each product, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
3. Participate in testing events to ensure quality product takeoffs, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
4. Support team goals by participating in new product development project teams as a representative for the Bid Manager support group, driving growth and innovation.
5. Manage and complete Bid Manager Change Management requests in a timely fashion, communicating status updates to stakeholders.
6. Provide backup support to other team members as required, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.
7. Collaborate with product line, front-end, and production teams to resolve process and information quality problems associated with the Bid Manager takeoff tool.
8. Contribute to the monthly operations report, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.
9. Participate in Lean events and contribute to process improvements designed to reduce cycle time, increase efficiencies, and improve information quality.
10. Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, including 5S requirements, and report any unsafe conditions to management or MESH representatives.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Technology from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 2 years of Panelboard/Switchboard work experience with a primary focus on MI generation and linkage to the Eaton Bid Manager tool.
3. Strong technical knowledge, including associates degree in Applied Science majoring in Engineering Graphics Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related engineering field from an accredited institution.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to speak, read, listen, and write in English.
