Labor Relations Senior Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Relations Senior Manager to join our team at Citi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing professional teams and departments, integrating subject matter expertise, and contributing to standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the organization's employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.
- Coordinate employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices.
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations with labor unions.
- Liaise with managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence.
- Ensure all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.
- Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as standards, regulations, and laws to understand their impact on the organization.
- Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other agencies to protect the organization's interests.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in labor relations.
- Fluent English (advanced).
- Knowledge of local labor law in Mexico.
