About the Role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to assigned client groups, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. This role will support the implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide data-driven insights to leaders to inform decisions on people, structure, compensation, and performance.
  • Support the assessment of future talent needs, skills, and resources.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address future needs and gaps.
  • Diagnose and address climate and style issues to promote a positive work environment.
  • Deliver employee relations, staffing, and organizational development services to assigned sites.
  • Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Administer company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and federal/state regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions to develop employees and provide support and problem resolution.
  • Support investigations into claims of harassment or other company-guideline violations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation skills.
  • Facilitator and change leader.
  • Advocate for employees, customers, the business, and shareholders.
  • Active role in facilitating discussions, decision-making, and alignment.
  • Effective change management leadership.
  • Skilled in project management and able to take moderately complex projects to completion.
  • Skilled in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work.
