Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting information services applications.
- Analyze requirements, implement application components, and support application enhancements and maintenance.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and provide code assurance and testing for applications developed in-house.
- Specialize in a particular area of application engineering and adhere to established lifecycle methodology and practices.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with L2/L3 support.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Lateral thinking.
- Skills in customer service.
- Advanced English.
- 1 or 2 years of experience working with support tools Service Now (nice to have).
