About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat.
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal AWS teams to improve services and provide feedback on customer support experiences.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
