Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis and documentation of client reports and advisories, ensuring alignment with Citibank's operations support infrastructure and processes.
  • Provide regular status updates to project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Serve as primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology, providing expert advice on business priorities, risks, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios against specified requirements.
  • Manage and maintain project plans, acting as project manager for follow-ups across various departments, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel, focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables, such as legal statements, performance reporting, advisories, letters, and notices.
  • Fulfill client needs while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for Citibank's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and competitors
  • Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
