Your Area of Focus

  • Built and cultivated prospect relationships by initiating communications and follow-up interactions to study and identify customer pain points, enabling our technical team to craft a proper solution and package.
  • Coordinated with the technical team to schedule meetings and demos onsite and online.
  • Coordinated with the commercial director on creating a go-to-market/sales strategy.
  • Tracked the progress of leads and properly recorded interactions within our CRM.
  • Fulfilled outreach targets and improved conversion rates over time.
  • Supported ad-hoc activities such as developing marketing materials, attending meetings, and taking notes, as well as updating the website.
  • Cordinated and collaborated with sales teammates to succeed and secure group targets.
  • Worked together with marketing and content writers to enhance sales success.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience and background in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS-based software solutions or the industrial solutions/hardware space.
  • Passion for the enterprise software space, especially in manufacturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a never-give-up attitude.
  • Self-motivation, driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude.
  • A team player with a no-ego and collaborative attitude, willing to support other teammates in achieving their targets.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Driven to hunt down customers and partners digitally, over a call, or in person.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
