Job Description


This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Generate enterprise business opportunities and manage the sales process through to closure.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals by identifying and pursuing strategic accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and channel partners, to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
  • Experience in closing large deals in Mexico and selling to Fortune 1000 Major Accounts.
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on relationship-building and solution-selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex solutions to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
