About the Role:

This position is a key member of our client services team, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on client handling and relationship building, with a solid understanding of technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver client-requested reports, deliverables, and projects on time, adhering to client specifications.
  2. Design, create, and manage client databases using Urban Science proprietary software, ensuring accurate and high-quality data.
  3. Assist management in creating estimates and proposals for clients to understand the proposal process.
  4. Serve as a primary contact for clients, developing relationships to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries.
  5. Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of client data for assigned projects to create high-quality deliverables.
  6. Track, process, analyze, and verify data to improve accuracy and quality.
  7. Ensure accurate and high-quality data is utilized on assigned projects.
  8. Perform application coding and testing functions associated with custom client software development.
  9. Update and maintain Urban Science internal software systems using technical skills.
  10. Adhere to quality control standards for Urban Science and client organizations.
  11. Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, tasks, and projects on time and with high quality.
  12. Attend project meetings and present project status updates to client representatives or internal management.
  13. Proactively communicate with management to provide updates and report issues.
  14. Work with manager to understand and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction.
  15. Partner with internal teams to ensure software is properly installed, set up, and functioning at established quality levels.
  16. Support and participate in required Urban Science training programs to achieve development objectives.
  17. Work with manager to complete annual goal setting and performance review.
  18. Prioritize other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and results-oriented abilities. They will also have a solid understanding of database management, mathematical and statistical analysis, and technical software skills.

Education and Experience:

A university degree is required, with technical degrees preferred. A minimum of 4 years of related work experience is required, with 6 years preferred.
