Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Ingredion México, S.A. De C.V. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and prospecting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Chemical, Industrial, or Food Engineering)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce a plus
