Inside Sales Job Description

At Ingredion, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth through cold-calling, prospecting, and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales materials
  • Manage and maintain a database of prospects and customers, and ensure timely follow-up on leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience in sales or customer service a plus
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
