About the Role

The S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance Consultant will serve as a trusted partner to our customers on their journey to the cloud, from scoping and planning of the initial deployment to continuous value engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of the cloud business model, ERP processes across functional borders, and a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer delight.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Live and breathe the cloud business model and its implications on implementation and post-implementation service business.
  • Develop high knowledge in Localization topics, focusing on Mexico, with a strong interest in expanding knowledge to other countries in the LAC region.
  • Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and referenceability for S/4HANA Cloud customers.
  • Articulate the S/4HANA Cloud business capabilities and value, differentiating S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
  • Follow the methodology, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer adoption, Cloud ALM, Migration Cockpit, and Testing tool capabilities.
  • Deliver agile services in a fast-changing environment.
  • Support the industrialization of the implementation process.
  • Understand and practice value-based 'fit to standard' delivery approach.
  • Position and deliver transition roadmaps between on-prem and Cloud solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of the value-based innovation roadmap and guide the customer in their journey.
  • Know and build business processes according to Industry Best Practices, empowering a standard mindset to live in.
  • Think on multiple scenarios a solution can have according to the customer architecture, as well as fast adoption of updates and scopes.
  • Apply a 'think global, apply local' attitude, supporting international processes and standards in localization requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal/external consultants as part of the platform growth and solution providing.
  • Drive and deliver customer conversations focused on business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Delivery experience in agile methodology (e.g., SAP Activate).
  • Experience in Change and Value Management and Realization.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
