Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
  • Answer technical support calls and escalate to other support groups as needed
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures

Requirements:

  • Availability to work 45 hours per week
  • Interest in working on afternoon/night shifts
  • Advanced English language skills
  • 6 months of experience in customer service
