As a Digital Executive at Dentsu Aegis Network, you will play a crucial role in managing campaign timelines and delivering operational support to ensure the successful execution of client projects. This includes coordinating with internal and external partners to receive and distribute materials correctly and meeting or exceeding client specifications and expectations of quality.

• Manage campaign setup, traffic, launch, and optimization processes to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Media Operations teams and key partners across all Media brands to drive continuous improvement and enhance client experiences.

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to implement process improvements related to client and campaign delivery, focusing on making the process more effective for clients and businesses.

• Support brand partners through the execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery, including campaign setup, traffic, and launch.

• Approve client and intercompany invoices to ensure timely payment and reconcile media delivered with supplier discrepancies within the designated timeframe.

• Create client performance reports by extracting and consolidating data into agreed reporting templates, such as post-buy reports of media delivered and actual spend recorded in our media systems.

• Provide additional operational support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of campaigns and client relationships.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Located in CDMX, Mexico, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading media agency and contribute to the success of high-profile clients.
