Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale strategic media deliveries, including annual market analyses, regional competitive landscapes, and annual media forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to ensure the development and innovation of all media deliverables.
  • Partner with the Account Director to serve as the client's main agency media point of contact, ensuring quality service and deliverables across the board.
  • Manage the internal team budget and approve costs incurred operationally.
  • Coach and develop an agile, innovative team of creative media experts, helping to develop our talent while maintaining a people-first culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of diverse media strategies and negotiations.
  • Experience with hands-on media execution and campaign management.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a management capacity.
  • Diverse technical media knowledge and expertise.
  • Media Platforms Knowledge: Google Ads, CM360, DV360, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Media Tools/Software Knowledge: Nielsen, Kantar, Reach & frequency and optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, AdSolutions, TGI/GWI, Admetricks.
  • Proven experience in maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Able to manage a budget, control costs, plan, and schedule around cost concerns for business units.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and motivational skills.
  • Deep understanding of the media ecosystem and ability to clearly communicate how complex strategies can serve the goals of various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
  • Adept at injecting ideas, innovation, and leading industry developments into planning assignments.
  • ~8+ years of media experience.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
