Job Summary
The Associate HR Business Partner plays a critical role in partnering with managers, providing employee support and delivering high-quality HR programs and processes on site whilst ensuring consistent alignment of HR policies of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with site managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, and ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
- Experience with SAP and HRIS systems; Workday a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of HR concepts and processes such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development.
- Knowledge of local labor laws within the assigned geography.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative and skilled in building positive relationships.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Adaptable to change.
