Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage guest requests and preferences, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel software and systems
