Customer Experience Advocate

Panduit is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- New Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers by reviewing and entering all new customer requests in Netsuite, sending welcome packets, and setting up new customers on the Portal.
- Order Management: Process changes to customer accounts in Netsuite, including contact information updates, credit line extensions, and certification status.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding tracking numbers, ETA's, sales order status, and fulfillments.
- Team Support: Provide backup or assist order entry and RMA teams as required.
- Education: Associate's degree with a business or engineering focus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
