Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer corporate telephone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Close event and orders at the end of each month
  • Transfer event orders and manage client accounts
  • Process returns and resolve commission disputes
  • Issue and track Award credits
  • Manage incoming inquiries from the Advocate community
  • Document and follow up with client and Advocate leads
  • Collaborate with Advocate Admin Associate on projects and tasks
  • Ensure new Advocates are effectively prepared to start
  • Work with Advocate Admin Associate on Advocate Renewals
