Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate. This role is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and frictionless experience when doing business with Panduit.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide transparent communication to customers on their transactions and requests.
- Develop and implement preemptive solutions to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
- Manage customer communication through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer pain points.
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
