Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

Pro Coffee Gear, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company specializing in coffee equipment, is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Specialist to drive product awareness, develop marketing strategies, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and documentation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure product launches are successful and resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize messaging.
  • Create and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including website pages, email marketing, social media, and blog posts.
  • Organize and facilitate product training and internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are knowledgeable about product features and benefits.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product updates and enhancements, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling marketing content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align stakeholders around product vision and objectives.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
