Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the corporate IT department to ensure alignment with company-wide IT strategies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base to ensure efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and thorough understanding of IT needs and opportunities.
- Perform system backups and recovery, physical installation of server and networking equipment, and network patching.
- Support computer hardware and peripheral equipment, including installation, maintenance, and management of the lifecycle of all end-user equipment.
To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree or certificate program in Computer Sciences, with working knowledge of network design and administration, PC repair and imaging, and software. A solid understanding of IT in general and the SOLMX operation and IT system is also essential.
