Job Summary:

As a key member of the Sanmina Corporation team, the Account Management Professional will be responsible for leading the sales account management team and making strategic decisions to drive business growth. This role will involve managing staff, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales account management team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage staff performance, provide training and development opportunities, and make staffing decisions
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Direct account teams to optimize relationships, focusing on sales strategy, customer service, and technical support
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, identifying areas for improvement and change
