Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively search and identify potential prospects to contact, considering the commercial focus and priorities of the organization.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to generate first contact, answer basic questions, and generate a meeting with the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a weekly action plan for contact, follow-up, and meeting agenda to pass.
  • Know the profile of the people to contact and effectively communicate the purpose of the approach.
  • Manage prospects in the first phase of the sales cycle (first contact and follow-up until meeting with the Sales Director).
  • Follow up on contacts made and keep track of the cycle or reaction presented.
  • Develop good relationships with defined prospects maintaining a high level of service.
  • Monitor new market trends and keep proactive records of activities, follow-up, and results obtained.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with internal relationships and customers or prospects.
  • Indispensable technical knowledge.
  • Experience in software sales.
  • Security when contacting prospects.
  • Skills to generate relationships.
  • Show initiative.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Agenda flexibility.
  • Openness to learning about new products or trends.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proactive follow-up on first contacts that have not moved to the next phase (meeting).
  • Be organized to carry out a weekly and daily contact activity plan.
  • Good writing skills without spelling errors.
  • Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office.
