About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of a specialized team responsible for end-to-end digital asset production for Prime Video campaigns. This role involves coordinating with global stakeholders and internal teams (Design, QA, Sourcing) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the vision, direction, and culture of Global Scaled Services to a team of Digital Producers while overseeing the management of both individual and team performance expectations and goals.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the team/individuals through regular meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Encourage and drive innovation for the team on a continuous basis, working closely with support function teams within Global Scaled Services.
  • Closely monitor team capacity, workload, and performance/business metrics.
  • Identify business trends and manage escalations, analyzing data, gaps, and reporting key metrics.
  • Escalate problems or variances in data to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis and collaborate in the creation of Centers of Excellence based on deviations, problems, root causes, and solutions, and provide this to Global Scaled Services Account Delivery Managers for stakeholder communication.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in managing teams within a heavily process-driven environment, with +10 direct reports preferred.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles handling accounts or marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in analyzing metrics accurately, building models around data to provide solutions and/or improvement to processes.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, with English written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with stakeholder management and collaboration with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables throughout the process.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in video content, online streaming platforms, online business, e-commerce, marketing/advertising.
