Gbs Customer Database Management and Field Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled GBS Customer Database Management and Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Intelligence team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to ensure the correct customer segmentation and customer setup (ABC) in our database.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Customer Set Up process, including setting up customer accounts in SAP, aligning with customer service order flow, and collecting relevant customer and internal information.
- Manage customer accounts, maintaining and updating lists of contacts and customer histories, ensuring terms and conditions are correct based on contracts.
- Gain consensus with the business to centralize, standardize, and optimize customer/DB management, including executing pricing updates and reviewing price lists for accuracy.
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze category data and information.
- Build and manage business relationships across all customer/DB management.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic English language skills.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes, proactively communicating throughout the process.
