Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst Support Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and functional support to customers on our SaaS products, resolving complex and critical service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Oracle products, including database, middleware, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle products and technologies, including Java, Python, PL/SQL, and cloud computing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Knowledge of Oracle products, including database, middleware, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Java, Python, PL/SQL, and operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of information security and data analysis.
