**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their Oracle products are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Consult with customers on complex Oracle product usage and provide expert guidance to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources to improve customer experience.
  • Analyze workload and implement changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and off days, including holidays and weekends.

**Technical Skills**

  • Thorough understanding of Oracle product features and database architecture.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows Administration concepts and database administration.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Architecture, virtualization concepts, and tools.
  • Experience with Exadata, RAC, ZDLRA, Backup and Recovery, RMAN, and restore and recovery scenarios.
