Job Overview:
Helix Workforce is looking for a Business Consultant with expertise in Project Management to act as the primary connection between our organization and our clientele. This position plays a vital role in enhancing our consulting services, assisting businesses in refining their operational and administrative workflows through innovative technological strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the principal liaison between Helix Workforce and our clients.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' operational and administrative workflows.
- Recommend enhancements through the integration of IT solutions, such as CRMs, ERPs, and other software innovations.
- Oversee projects from the initial consultation phase through to the execution of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to guarantee timely and quality delivery of proposed solutions.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their expectations.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Demonstrated experience in comparable roles, ideally in business consulting or project management.
- In-depth understanding of operational processes, business strategies, and IT solutions.
- Proactive work ethic with effective communication skills for client interactions.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, and software development methodologies.
