About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Insights Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for driving client relationships from onboarding to renewal, while providing valuable insights to our priority clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client onboarding and training plans to ensure seamless adoption of our tools.
  • Utilize Data Impact Dashboard to identify key insights and trends for our clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, issues, and questions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by becoming an expert partner and advocate for our clients' needs.
  • Identify and recommend upsell opportunities and renewals for our clients.
  • Deliver and communicate actionable analytics and business reviews to our clients.
  • Network to identify new business opportunities and growth areas for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the US Insights Manager to drive strong insights for priority clients across the South American business.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • 2+ years of experience working with FMCG brands, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with a passion for driving business growth and client success.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex insights to clients.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building strong partnerships and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
