Customer Success Manager

Maersk is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer success teams in the Americas region. As a key member of our Global Service Center, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction and guidance to set the team up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Success Partner Managers and their corresponding teams
- Drive strategic direction with Senior Manager(s) and Director of Customer Success
- Ensure teams are set up for success both now and in the future
- Drive engagement and standardization of processes
- Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related industry
- Proven ability to lead a team through change
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience
