ROLE DESCRIPTION
A Technical Quality Manager at SAP is responsible for defining and orchestrating the portfolio of services for SAP Premium Engagement Customers. As a trusted advisor, you will support the setup and execution of the customer's digital transformation roadmap with SAP services. You will leverage your SAP track record to orchestrate global teams and specialists, creating tangible business outcomes for our customers. This role combines the responsibilities of a portfolio manager and a service delivery manager.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Management of the customer engagement
- Establish a trusted relationship with the customer to drive action plans
- Define the Premium Engagement portfolio and service plan with the customer
- Identify innovation opportunities leveraging SAP's technology innovation portfolio
- Review services delivered by SAP as part of the engagement and discuss with main stakeholders
- Support the adoption of SAP recommendations by the customer and/or partner
- Prepare and present regular reporting
Anticipation and identification of risks and top issues
- Anticipate and identify functional and technical risks and top issues
- Drive prevention of risks and resolution of issues according to engagement deliverables
- Escalate critical situations
Engagement Extension and Renewals
- Ensure value recognition and visibility of value delivered to the customer
- Support extensions of the contract and renewal towards the contract end date
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or management information systems
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations
- Strong people leadership and management skills
- Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and oral) are required
- Portuguese (written and oral) is a plus
- Open to travel
- Work experience is a plus
