We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Manager to join our team at Zillow, where you will play a critical role in reimagining the real estate experience for millions of people. About the Role

This is a remote-friendly position that requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow processes and functions, as well as excellent customer-facing skills. As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our ServiceNow platform, identifying bottlenecks, and developing optimizations and customizations to meet business needs.

You will work closely with other IT team members to drive adoption and ensure the integrity of the platform across production and non-production instances. Additionally, you will perform installation and testing of updates and new releases, assist in troubleshooting patch/release management issues, and maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow administration, a strong customer focus, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be able to adapt/respond in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple challenging priorities.

Requirements
