The primary purpose and objective of this role is to support the Contract Operations team in the execution of contracts with clinical study sites and principal investigators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Clinical Trial Agreements from initial site contact through execution of agreements.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between Thermo Fisher Scientific clinical teams and investigator sites during the contract process.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to Contract Operations team members during the contract process.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Desirable Skills and Abilities:**

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines
  • Understanding and adherence to Thermo Fisher Scientific SOPs, WPDs, and other regulations
  • Excellent English and grammar skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
