About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to maximize commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and negotiate commercial plans that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: +2 years of business experience within CPG companies.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and operational discipline skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
  • Language: Intermediate English level.
