Senior Sales Representative

**About the Job**
RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, providing support to the sales force, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
This is a full-time position that will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM. The successful candidate will travel both domestically and internationally with approximately 15% travel time.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Assist commercial teams with sales reporting and escalations protocols
• Solve order processing issues from customers and resolve internal complaints
• Advise customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
• Select, manage, and train on sales-related systems and databases
• Assist sales teams with group account and sales territory planning
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5 to 7 years' experience in customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required; French is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills - data entry/reports/create basic spreadsheets
• Advance knowledge in SAP
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
