Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee cafeteria, including meal preparation, service, maintenance, and clean up.
- Develop a diverse and attractive menu in partnership with the food provider for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events to meet customer requirements and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to food service providers and develop professional and technical relationships to ensure appropriate delivery of contracted services.
- Monitor service provider activities to ensure contracted responsibilities are fully in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide leadership and support to sites for contractor governance, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring that food preparation and storage adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, supply chain management, culinary arts, or related field.
- 8-10 years of work experience in similar positions.
- Proven experience in high-volume food service management, preferably in overseeing third-party suppliers.
- Proven experience in directly managing people.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
- A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
