About the Role:

Minted is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of E-commerce Strategy to lead the development and execution of our e-commerce shopping funnel. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and building a premium shopping experience that supports all of Minted's product lines and consumer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that elevates the brand, drives conversion, and improves the consumer experience.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with engineering, user experience, brand, and marketing teams to transform our user experiences and drive business results.
  • Drive Business Growth: Work with analytics and user research to develop scalable processes for monitoring and incorporating customer feedback, and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Build and Manage High-Performing Teams: Recruit, hire, and build a team of exceptional product managers who share your passion for e-commerce and customer-centric thinking.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Proactively identify and address competitive threats and market changes, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce product management, with a focus on developing products for the consumer shopping experience.
  • Technical and Business Acumen: Strong technical, business, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a focus on developing and executing business strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Thinking: Strong customer-centric thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve the consumer experience.
