The Role

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in hospitality management in luxury resorts or casinos, with a proven track record of operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and foster a positive work culture
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and optimizing operational processes
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and corporate hotel experience a plus
